Terms and Conditions for GCISR Membership/Partnership
1. Introduction:
These Terms and Conditions govern the membership and partnership arrangements within the Global Community of Innovation, Science and Research (GCISR). By applying for membership or partnership, you agree to abide by these terms, which form a binding agreement between you (the Member/Partner) and GCISR.
2. Membership/Partnership Eligibility:
Membership and partnership are open to individuals, academic institutions, government agencies, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and corporations with an interest in advancing science, innovation, and research. Applicants must complete the application process and provide all required documentation.
3. Application and Approval Process:
Applications for membership or partnership must be submitted through the official GCISR website.
GCISR reserves the right to accept or reject any application based on its alignment with GCISR’s goals and standards.
Successful applicants will receive a formal notification of acceptance.
4. Fees and Contributions:
Details of any membership fees, partnership contributions, or financial commitments will be communicated upon acceptance and annually thereafter.
Fees and contributions are subject to change with prior notice to members/partners.
5. Rights and Responsibilities:
Members and partners are expected to:
- Actively contribute to the mission and activities of GCISR.
- Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct in all research and innovation endeavors.
- Respect the intellectual property rights and confidentiality agreements of GCISR and its members/partners.
- Participate in GCISR events, workshops, and other activities, as applicable.
6. Intellectual Property:
Intellectual property rights generated through GCISR projects or collaborations are subject to agreements made between involved parties.
GCISR retains the right to use project outcomes, data, and findings for promotional, educational, and research purposes, in accordance with applicable laws and agreements.
7. Termination of Membership/Partnership:
Members or partners may terminate their association with GCISR by providing written notice.
GCISR reserves the right to terminate a membership or partnership due to non-compliance with these terms, ethical breaches, or failure to meet financial obligations.
8. Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through mediation, and if necessary, arbitration, in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where GCISR is headquartered.
9. Amendments:
GCISR reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Members and partners will be notified of any significant changes.
10. Acceptance of Terms:
